EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING REPAIR
Need for total repair of flat roof waterproofing.
If the damage to the existing waterproofing is extensive, then removal, cleaning, and re-waterproofing are required.
The options available for waterproofing are:

Need for local repair of flat roof waterproofing.
If the problem with the existing roof waterproofing is localized, then we must identify the exact point where moisture entered. In this case, we intervene and repair locally. If the waterproofing was done with an acrylic elastomeric waterproofer and has detached in certain spots, we use one of the following materials for re-waterproofing: No39, TECHNOPROOF, DS-220, HYDROSTOP-PU, WATERPROOF 500, or WATERPROOF PU 700. INTERIOR PAINT-PLASTER REPAIR
Once the cause of the problem has been identified and the recommended solution followed, we must repair the blistering of the plaster and paint that has occurred in the underlying interior spaces.
Paint repair.
If the moisture has affected only the paint, sand the affected areas with No. 60 floor sandpaper, remove the dust, and once the surface is dry, prime with the micromolecular stabilizer AQUAFIX. Finally, paint with the eco-friendly emulsion paint SUPER ECO or the acrylic paint 10 YEARS WARRANTY.
Plaster and paint repair.
In case the plaster has blistered, friable parts must be removed mechanically (using an adze or putty knife). Then, remove the dust and dampen with D-20 acrylic emulsion, diluted with water at a 1:3 ratio. Before it dries, apply the base coat plaster D-40 as a “dash coat,” and after 24 hours, complete the repair using the fast-setting repair plaster D-32, reinforced with D-20 acrylic emulsion. Alternatively, apply the one-coat water-repellent plaster D-42 ONE COAT, reinforced with D-20 acrylic emulsion, or the flexible, polymeric, fiber-reinforced mortar MEGAFIX for the repair.
Concrete, plaster, and paint repair.
If the damage has affected the concrete and oxidized its reinforcement, all friable sections are removed mechanically. The reinforcement is thoroughly cleaned using the metal rust remover RUST REMOVER and/or a wire brush, and then protected with the corrosion inhibitor RUST FREE POWDER. This is followed by the restoration of the concrete with the appropriate repair mortar, depending on the application thickness, granulometry, and strength requirements (e.g., D-55, DUROFIX, DS-244 POWER MORTAR RESIN, DS-245 POWER MORTAR RAPID, DS-247, EASYFIX). Subsequently, the plaster is repaired and the surface is painted as described above.
