Remove friable spots (if any) and clean the surface thoroughly. If we notice that the moisture has also affected the plaster (base and/or final coat), remove it until a stable and sound substrate is found.
Apply HYDROSTOP WALL using the drill-hole or impregnation method, depending on the extent of the problem. Next, repair the plaster layers with either D-32 or D-42 ONE COAT, depending on the application thickness of the repair, reinforced with the building resin D-20. If we wish to give a smooth texture to the masonry, we can apply the smoothing putty POWDER COAT, or for an absolutely smooth surface, the ultra-fine smoothing putty STUCOFIX-P. Prime with the micromolecular stabilizer AQUAFIX and paint with a paint of our choice, such as 10 YEARS WARRANTY or 100% ACRYLIC.
