• Unwaterproofed concrete surface • Presence of formwork ties and spacer cones that have not been removed

Exterior surface: Remove formwork ties and spacer cones to a depth of 2-3cm and apply the anti-corrosion reinforcement protection RUST FREE POWDER. Next, seal with the fast-setting repair cementitious mortar D-11 SUPER FAST, with the polymeric repair cementitious mortar DUROFIX, or with the fast-setting repair mortar with corrosion inhibitor DS-247 or D-55. Finally, waterproof the surface with 3-4 crisscross coats of the brushable waterproofing mortar D-1 or with the flexible, one-component brushable waterproofing mortar D-1 FLEX.
