Sand thoroughly and remove the dust. If there are woodworm holes, apply the insecticidal impregnating preservative DUROXYL WOOD PROTECTION/CONDITIONER. Next, seal holes and cracks, and cover potential imperfections with the water-based acrylic wood putty DUROWOOD. Then, apply the colored solvent-based wood impregnating varnish DUROXYL if you wish to change the shade or renew the existing one. After the surface has dried, apply one to two coats of the decorative solvent-based varnish DUROLAC or the glossy solvent-based varnish MARINER.
