Remove the detached and hollow-sounding tiles and clean the substrate using mechanical means (chisel, sander).
Next, bond the new tiles with the 2-component epoxy grout-adhesive DUROPOXY and grout using the same material. Alternatively, we can bond the tiles using the flexible cementitious adhesive ELASTIC and grout with DUROPOXY.
